Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Orders are processed on business day from Monday to Thursday, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Delivery will be on Friday - Saturday. Please note that we cannot deliver immediately so make sure to put a note on when will you need the products.
The tracking details in the couriers'' websites are usually updated on the following business day, but may take up to 2 business days for certain provincial areas.
If your order does not arrive within the indicated time frame, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the delivery status.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return and or Exchanges will only be allowed if the item is returned with all the tags still attached. Exchange item/s will be dispatched once we receive the returned item/s, and the payment for the shipping. For fresh food products; exchange, return and refund are not allowed. In the event of missing order/inadequate order email us immediately and we will settle a day for replacement.
Refunds cannot be made for the returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.
